Vendor Agreement & Legal Disclaimer

By applying to become a vendor on OnlyAnvils.com (the “Marketplace”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Compliance with Laws

You represent and warrant that all products you list and sell on the Marketplace are legal to manufacture, advertise, sell, and ship in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions of your buyers. This includes strict compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding knives, axes, blades, tools, and related items (such as age restrictions, prohibited weapon categories, shipping regulations, and export controls). You agree not to list any illegal or restricted items, including automatic/switchblade knives where prohibited.

2. Platform Role & Transaction Types

OnlyAnvils.com provides a platform for vendors to showcase their work and facilitate sales. We offer two primary selling methods:

• On-Site Transactions: For products sold directly through OnlyAnvils.com, transactions are processed via Square. While OnlyAnvils facilitates the payment processing, the contract of sale is strictly between the Vendor and the Buyer.
• External/Affiliate Referrals: Vendors may choose to list products that link directly to their own external websites for purchase. In these cases, OnlyAnvils.com acts solely as a referring platform and has no involvement in the transaction, payment, or fulfillment process.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Regardless of the selling method, vendors are fully responsible for:

• Listing Accuracy: Providing clear descriptions, high-quality photos, and technical specifications.
• Fulfillment & Support: Handling all shipping logistics, returns, and customer service inquiries directly.
• Taxes: Collecting and remitting all applicable sales taxes for their transactions.
• External Links: Ensuring that any external sites linked from OnlyAnvils.com are secure and compliant with all relevant laws.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnlyAnvils.com, its parent company, owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your product listings, sales, shipping practices, or any violation of local/federal laws or these terms.

5. Age, Safety, and Risk

All vendors must be at least 18 years of age. Hand-forged tools and blades carry inherent risks of injury. You agree to include appropriate safety warnings in your listings where relevant. OnlyAnvils.com is not liable for any injury or damage caused by products sold through or referred by the platform.

6. Subscription Fees and Termination

You agree to pay the monthly Vendor Storefront Subscription fee ($50.00) via our automated billing system. This fee is for access to the Marketplace platform and applies regardless of whether sales are completed on-site or via external links. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your vendor account immediately for violations of these terms, illegal activity, poor customer feedback, or failure to pay subscription fees.

7. Shipping & Age Verification

By using OnlyAnvils.com, you agree to the following:

• Buyer Responsibility: Buyers represent and warrant that they are of legal age (at least 18 years old) to purchase the items they order and that the items are legal to possess and receive in their jurisdiction.
• Vendor Responsibility: Individual vendors are solely responsible for the actual shipping and delivery of products. OnlyAnvils.com does not handle shipping or logistics.
• Verification: Vendors may require additional age verification (such as a photo ID) before shipping certain tools or blades. Failure to provide requested verification may result in the immediate cancellation of the order.

8. Changes to Terms

OnlyAnvils.com may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Vendor Agreement.
