Marketplace Refund & Returns Policy

OnlyAnvils.com is a digital marketplace that connects independent artisans with buyers. Because we operate as a hosting platform and not as the direct seller of physical goods, our refund policies are structured to reflect the independent nature of our vendors.

1. Vendor Subscription Fees

The $50.00 monthly Vendor Storefront Subscription fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of platform access, hosting, and marketplace services. In the event of account termination (whether voluntary or for violations of our terms), no partial or full refunds of the subscription fee will be issued.

2. Physical Product Returns & Refunds

Transactions for physical products (knives, tools, art, etc.) are contracts between the individual Vendor and the Buyer. As such:

  • Vendor Policies: Each vendor is responsible for establishing their own return and refund policy. Buyers should review the specific vendor’s shop page or product listing before purchase.
  • Contact the Seller: All requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be directed to the vendor from whom the item was purchased.
  • On-Site Payments (Square): For sales processed through OnlyAnvils.com via Square, the vendor is responsible for initiating and authorizing any refund through the marketplace dashboard.

3. External/Affiliate Purchases

For products listed on OnlyAnvils.com that link to a vendor’s external website, OnlyAnvils.com has no involvement in the transaction. All financial matters, including refunds and returns, are governed exclusively by the external vendor’s policies and must be handled on their respective platform.

4. Dispute Resolution

While OnlyAnvils.com does not mediate financial disputes or process product refunds on behalf of vendors, we take our marketplace integrity seriously. If a vendor consistently fails to fulfill orders or honor their stated refund policies, they may face immediate account termination without refund of their subscription fees.
