A unique piece of artisan metalwork, this Railroad Spike Santoku Style Camp Knife combines craftsmanship with rugged utility. Hand-crafted from a medium-carbon steel railroad spike, this tool is built for precision and reliability. Everyone loves the railroad spike knives -and they are what they are- but I like to forge them differently than most. So, I flatten the handle, and forge the blade out longer and wider, which gives it better balance and makes it feel lighter in the hand.  This one is even more special, with an antique copper telegraph wire wrap on the handle.
